Shipping

1. We deliver all our items (with the exception of wine, sparkling wine, spirits and olive oils) within Germany free of charge for orders over €20. For orders below this value, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3, regardless of the size and weight of the shipment. 

2. For certain items (e.g. books), you have the option of express shipping. In this case, you must contact us in advance. We charge a flat rate of €5 for express shipping within Germany. 

3. We are happy to ship our wine, sparkling wine, spirits and olive oils within Germany under the following conditions: 

• up to 12 bottles: €8.50 
• up to 24 bottles: €15.00 
• up to 36 bottles: €20.00 
• up to 48 bottles: €25.00 
• up to 77 bottles: €30.00 
• from 78 bottles: €35.00

4. We charge a flat shipping fee of €3 for shipping within the EU. The following conditions apply to our wine, sparkling wine, spirits and olive oils within the EU:

• up to 12 bottles: €11.50 
• up to 24 bottles: €18.00
• up to 36 bottles: €23.00 
• up to 48 bottles: €28.00 
• up to 77 bottles: €33.00 
• from 78 bottles: €38.00 

5. Shipping and shipping costs outside the EU are available upon written request only.

Payment

The purchase price is due and payable without deduction within 14 days of invoicing.  

You can pay via PayPal, invoice, SEPA transfer, credit or debit cards, Pay by Bank or cash on collection. 

We offer the following volume discounts for wine and olive oil deliveries:  

• 5% discount for orders of 6 bottles or more  
  
• 10% discount for orders of 12 bottles or more  
  

Until the purchase price of the goods has been paid in full, they remain the property of Mediengruppe Neuer Weg GmbH.  

We are entitled to withdraw from the contract and demand the return of the goods in the event of breach of contract, in particular in the event of default in payment.
