Ordering Browse, virtual shopping basket 

You can browse through our range at your leisure. Once you have found a product that interests you, add it to your virtual shopping basket by clicking on the ‘Add to basket’ button. The button is located to the right of the respective product. You can then either ‘Continue shopping’ or ‘View your basket’. 

Of course, you can remove products from your shopping basket at any time.

Start the ordering process 

You can start the ordering process by clicking on the ‘Shopping basket’ button or the green shopping bag icon at the top right of the website.

All the products you have selected are displayed in the shopping basket. You can remove products from the shopping basket at any time. 

Select the delivery country, payment method and shipping method to calculate the shipping costs via ‘Open shipping details’. If your shopping basket contains wine, sparkling wine or spirits, bottle shipping will be automatically taken into account. 

You will receive an overview of all products in your shopping basket and all other costs associated with your order. 

To continue the ordering process, click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button.

Your address 

You will then be asked to log in with your user data (e-mail address and password) or to register as a new customer. New customers can choose to create a customer account or place an order without a customer account. Once you have filled in the mandatory fields, you can click on the ‘Complete registration’ button.

All important order information is summarised here. 

Before submitting your order by clicking on the ‘Place order’ button, you have the opportunity to correct your details at every stage of the ordering process. To change or delete the order quantity, change the quantity in the corresponding field. Delete an item by clicking on the X box next to the price. 

Select your payment method.

After selecting the shipping method under ‘Complete order’, the shipping costs will be calculated.

Placing an order 

By clicking on the ‘Place order’ button, your order is placed and forwarded to us. By placing your order, you are making a binding declaration of your intention to purchase the goods.
