In accordance with Section 37 of the VSBG (Consumer Dispute Resolution Act), we are obliged to inform you that dispute resolution bodies have been set up for disputes between consumers and businesses. The general consumer dispute resolution body is the Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V. (Centre for Dispute Resolution) – Straßburger Str. 8 – 77694 Kehl (email: mail@verbraucher-schlichter.de). You can contact this body, but participation is voluntary for both sides.
